SIGN-UP! THIS CAN BE A THING OF THE PAST!

    Who are members of WhoDoYouKnowForDOUGH.com?
Individuals, Direct Hiring Employers, and Personnel Consulting firms

Is there a limit on the number of jobs we can post?
No. You may post as many jobs openings that are available within your organization, HOWEVER, the jobs must be real, meaning you are ready to interview qualified candidates, and make a hiring decision should the right candidate be found.

What if we have a "highly confidential" position to post?
No problem. Confidential positions can be posted with a limited amount of specific information being disclosed through our Executive Search Firm Partner for a small fee, and all the e-mail applications will flow through them. Just call us or e-mail us through the "Contact Us" link.

How much money should I offer as a "Referral DOUGH Reward" for my positions?
Minimum "Referral DOUGH Rewards" follow, however 5% of the base salary being offered is suggested. These minimums are also calculated on Part-time and Contracted employees as well.

Annual Salary Minimum Referral Dough Reward
    $25-30k $1,000.00
    $31-40k $1,500.00
    $41-50k $2,000.00
    $51-75k $2,500.00
    $76-100k $3,000.00
    $101-150k $5,000.00
    $151-200k $7,500.00
    $201k+ $10,000.00

    * Referral DOUGH Rewards for Part-time jobs and Contractor jobs should be calculated based on the anticipated length of the assignment, and what the hourly compensation would be.

Example: Hiring a part-time person at $20.00 an hour and having them work 20 hours a week would amount to $20,800.00 on an annualized basis. $1,000.00 would be the minimum, however 5% of the $20,800.00 would be a Referral DOUGH Reward of $1,040.00.

How long are positions posted on the site?
Positions will be posted for 45 days or until filled, whichever comes first, and then automatic notification will occur, whereby the company will be asked via e-mail to re-post or delete the job.

What is the maximum number of referrals in the referral chain for each job opening?
The maximum number of referrals for each position is three plus the individual who is hired. In other words a Referral DOUGH Reward can be split between a maximum of three participants in the referral chain.
NOTE: The recipients of the Referral DOUGH Reward will always be the last three referrals when the referral chain goes over three (the last referral that refers the person that gets the job, and the prior two). This maximizes the qualifications process during the referral process. Each new referral chain starts with each new position.

Will I get flooded with unqualified candidate resumes?
    Absolutely not!

    • Our key objective of the WhoDoYouKnowForDOUGH.com web site is to REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF TIME SPENT SIFTING THROUGH UNQUALIFIED RESUMES and "focus" in on ONLY those "qualified" candidates.
    • You would list your positions by "industry" and / or "position title" and / or "location" so that candidates can pinpoint those referrals that would be qualified.
    • Also, it is in a candidate's best interest to refer only those candidates that are qualified, since they would earn the referral DOUGH reward only when a candidate is hired for that particular position. Also, note that the maximum referrals for each position are "three."
    • We also have the BASEBALL RULE - 3 Strikes and You're Out! rule to ASSURE that you only get qualified resumes for your open positions. To increase the quality of resumes received to company's posted positions, it is important that individuals apply for positions "strictly" on a qualifications basis.
      • If WhoDoYouKnowForDOUGH.com is notified by a participating employer that a candidate who is "not close" (not having 75% or ¾ of the requirements listed on the job requirements) to being qualified for the position has applied by sending their resume, that notification complaint will be reviewed by wdykfd for validation and if the research proves that the complaint is valid, that individual will be given notification by wdykfd and they will have a "strike" against them. If they get 3 strikes, they're out and privileges to the site will be revoked. This is in the "Individual Agreement" in the Terms and Conditions section.

Do I need to track referrals?
    No!
The web site database will track everything and from your "My Account" page, you can check on the status of your job postings and candidate applications as well as how much money you're saving in hiring costs by using the site.

Can I search and refer jobs as a Company?
No. Only individuals can search jobs and refer individuals. You must sign up as an individual to do so.

What if there is a duplicate referral?
The database is designed to prevent duplicate referrals however, all referrals are date and time stamped, and WhoDoYouKnowForDough.com™ reserves the right to determine "first referrals".

What security is being used to protect my confidential information?
WhoDoYouKnowForDOUGH.com considers confidentiality of its members our highest priority. We've implemented extensive authentication procedures using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and password verification.

Okay, I like what I see… How is the Referral DOUGH Reward distributed?

SOME RULES TO BECOME FAMILIAR WITH...

    Referral DOUGH Reward Distribution Rules
    1. Companies will post ONLY their "OPEN" jobs with all the pertinent information asked on the form, including the Referral DOUGH Reward being offered to WhoDoYouKnowForDOUGH.com talent scouts.

    3. The maximum number of referrals who will share in the Referral DOUGH Reward for each position will always be THREE. The recipients of the Referral DOUGH Reward will always be the last three referrals when the referral chain goes over three (the last referral that refers the person that gets the job, and the prior two). This maximizes the qualifications process during the referral process.
    4. Each Referral Chain starts with a new position.
    5. The Company who listed the position and the Referral DOUGH Reward will always be responsible for disbursing checks accordingly to all those involved in the referral process as well as to WhoDoYouKnowForDOUGH.com.
