    What is WhoDoYouKnowForDOUGH.com™?
WhoDoYouKnowForDough.com™ is NOT a resume bank, but is a "Unique Online Recruiting System" based on a "Referral Reward Incentive" whereby you can:
  • Earn real DOUGH (literally thousands of dollars) by referring "qualified" friends and / or family to open positions listed on the site. Once they've been hired and are retained past the guarantee period indicated, you've earned your DOUGH!

How does it work? (If you haven't taken the Individual Tour yet, Click here to see the actual screen shots of how it works)
    It's as easy as 1-2-3!

    1. Sign-Up
      • Click the Sign Up link.
        • Sign Up as an Individual/Candidate.
      • Read and agree to Terms and Conditions.
      • Enter your personal information on the Individual Sign Up Form.
      • Now. It's time for you to MAXIMIZE your DOUGH earnings potential and create your personalized Job Search Agent, which will allow you to be notified immediately when jobs are posted that meet your needs (criteria you've selected) so that you can find the perfect job or earn Referral DOUGH Rewards for referring a "qualified" Candidate that's hired.

    2. Search Jobs
      • Click on the My Account link.
      • Click the Edit your information and resume link.
        • Copy and Paste a copy of your resume in the designated area and Click Update.
      • After you've posted your resume, Click the Find a job link.
      • Indicate your search criteria for searching jobs (Industry, Job Category, and / or Location), and then Click Search.
      • Click on any of the jobs that matched your job search criteria to see the details of the job as well as the job requirements.

    3. Apply to or Refer Candidates to Jobs
      • Once you've viewed the details of the job and it's requirements, and you have at least 75% of the job requirements, you can Click the APPLY ONLINE link and your resume will be forwarded to that Company.
      • If the job is not right for you, or your background does not meet or exceed the 75% job requirements minimum quota, however you know someone who does, enter in their Name and E-Mail address in the Referral DOUGH Box, then Click Send Message so that you can begin to earn Referral DOUGH Rewards! The person you referred will receive an e-mail with a link to that particular job, and when Clicked on, they will be a part of your Referral Chain.
        • If that person was not already referred to the position from another person, you will receive a Successful Referral confirmation, along with a Referral Code, which you can use if making a verbal referral (over the phone or in person) so that your referrals are linked to you for that job.
          • REMEMBER: When you get referred to a position, it is important to log in via the link to the job sent from the e-mail or by using a referral code so that you get in to the referral chain.
        • You can always check on your job search activity as well as your referrals' status (to see who was hired and how much DOUGH you've earned) by Clicking on the "My Account" link, and Clicking the "Your referrals and dough report" link.
What is the benefit of Membership?
  • MEMBERSHIP IS FREE!
  • YOU can EARN BIG DOUGH (I am telling you, literally thousands of dollars) by referring qualified candidates who are hired and retained past the company's guarantee period.
  • YOU can find a better career opportunity by checking in on the site frequently or by having others looking out for positions you are qualified for.
  • The site is unbelievably "easy to use."

What is my responsibility as an Individual member?
See Individuals / Candidates Operational Responsibilities in the Terms and Conditions section.

    What is my investment?
    MEMBERSHIP IS FREE!

Can I earn the Referral DOUGH Reward if I apply directly for one of the positions?
Yes, Apply for and get hired* for a job and you'll earn the whole Referral DOUGH Reward as a "sign-on" bonus!
    * (pass the guarantee period, and fee paid by PC Firm client)

How many positions can I apply to?
You can apply to as many positions that you are "qualified" for and interested in.
WhoDoYouKnowForDOUGH.com requires that you be qualified* for the position, otherwise each time a Company files a complaint that is verified by WhoDoYouKnowForDOUGH.com, a "strike" will be imposed on you and the Baseball Rule in the Terms and Conditions will be enforced (whereby you will get "3 strikes and then you're out!")

    Who are members of WhoDoYouKnowForDOUGH.com?
Individuals, Direct Hiring Employers, and Personnel Consulting firms

How do I get paid for referrals?
  • If a Direct Hiring Employer hires someone in your referral chain, checks will be disbursed after 60 days, but not longer than 90 days after the new employee starts to all parties involved in the referral chain
  • If a Personnel Recruitment Firm hires someone in your referral chain - After the Personnel Recruitment Firm gets paid their fee, and the new employee is with their client past the guarantee period (not longer than 90 days), checks will be disbursed within fifteen days after the guarantee period from the Personnel Recruitment Firm that makes the placement with their client to all parties involved in the referral chain.

What happens if a candidate I refer gets hired but doesn't make it past the guarantee period?
The candidate who makes the final referral will be entered in to a quarterly contest whereby various products and services will be offered.

Do I need to track referrals?
No! The web site database will track everything. You can check on the status of all your activity by going to the "My Account" page.

Is e-mail the only way I can refer someone to a job?
No, however you must e-mail someone first to a job, and when you get the successful referral confirmation, a "Referral Code" will be provided which you would use when making referrals verbally (in person or over the phone) so that those referrals are linked to you.

Will my resume be exposed to all members of the web site?
No. You have total control over where you send your resume. Once you paste your resume in to your account, the only way your resume leaves there is if you APPLY ONLINE to a position you are interested in. Companies do not have access to resumes that were not sent directly to them by the candidate themselves.

What security is being used to protect my confidential information?
WhoDoYouKnowForDOUGH.com considers confidentiality of its members our highest priority. We've implemented extensive authentication procedures using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and password verification.

Okay, I like what I see.. How is the Referral DOUGH Reward distributed?

SOME RULES TO BECOME FAMILIAR WITH...

    Referral DOUGH Reward Distribution Rules
    1. Companies will post ONLY their "OPEN" jobs with all the pertinent information asked on the form, including the Referral DOUGH Reward being offered to WhoDoYouKnowForDOUGH.com talent scouts.
    2. Individuals must refer ONLY qualified candidates to positions listed on the site. Please refer to the Baseball Rule in the Terms and Conditions where your site privileges can be revoked for referring totally unqualified candidates.
    3. The maximum number of referrals who will share in the Referral DOUGH Reward for each position will always be THREE. The recipients of the Referral DOUGH Reward will always be the last three referrals when the referral chain goes over three (the last referral that refers the person that gets the job, and the prior two). This maximizes the qualifications process during the referral process.
    4. Each Referral Chain starts with a new position.
    5. The Company, whether it's the Direct Hiring Employer or the Personnel Recruitment Firm who listed the position and the Referral DOUGH Reward will always be responsible for disbursing checks accordingly to all those involved in the referral process as well as to WhoDoYouKnowForDOUGH.com.
